We first need to understand you and your body. This will help us create the perfect fitness plan. In this stage we’ll perform the below:

GOAL ANALYSIS

Understanding your overal fitness goals – for example fat loss

BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS

Taking initial measurements such as body fat and muscle mass %

GAME PLAN CREATION

Based on the above, we’ll create and design a personalised workout plan

IN GAME

As well as following your training plan, you’ll be working together with your trainer 1-to-1. These sessions will take involve barrier breaking routines. Our dedicated trainers will motivate you to push that extra mile and teach you how to get the most effective workouts.

MID INTERVALS

Each month we will review your progress by taking periodic physical and technological measurements to make sure your on track to achieving your goals.

THE WIN

Together with our dedicated personal trainers, our Gymgame style personal training and your dedication, you should have smashed your fitness goals.
